If SR pilots are about to be merged with Crossair then it represents an opportunity to raise overall salaries by 35%,not the otherway around. Both pilot groups need to show unity and be prepared to withhold service unless adequate compensation and work rules can be secured for both groups.Pilots have an enormous amount of leverage.
