At my interview I was told that I could expect to fly the night mail sometimes (which I have done and it's a very easy shift ),I assume that you were told as well and you agreed to it by signing the contract.At my base ,LBA,very few people have left in the last 12 months and only one is leaving right now,your midland base (???) must be a very unhappy place!
