Latest I have heard is that the QF crew ended up back at the crew room in the VS crew hotel. The crew room is near the 'laundry' room (that hotel does not provide inroom irons, you have to go to the laundry room to do your ironing) and the altercation reached 'ironing' point in there - but as NRT is my next (and last
) trip, I will do some more research
