Silly question maybe but, what if you refused to do the route because you felt YOUR rights were being impeded, would you have a case against your employer should there be reprisals? Sorry if this is a dumb question but firstly I am male and as such never been subjected to such unbelievable descrimination and secondly have never visited such strict places.
