While the Mekon 'IS' energetic & knowledgeable (Also on occaision amusing & even charming!), unfortunately he can also be 'explosively' nasty,small minded,vindictive & is a bully. It is these traits that gave me my intense dislike of the man. I worked for this company for the greater part of a decade & a half before i left (of my own volition!).
Many of the senior management have grown up in this extremely 'unhealthy' leadership culture & have prospered by using the example of the 'dear leader'.
