Just bare in mind guys that QF can move the goal posts whenever they want. I'm pretty sure they have a program in place that recommends experience levels of new recruits based on forcast retirements etc. It's their bat and ball. The guys that I know that have joined the QF ranks in the last 5 years have all varied in experience levels, from highly experienced turbo prop drivers to piston jocks. Luck of the draw I reckon. If you meet the requirement at the time then you may well have some success. If not keep sending in that CV. And good luck to all if QF is what you aspire to.
