Of course Captain's pay is relevant to this forum - it gives anyone considering joining Virgin AN IDEA of how much extra they will be earning as a Captain in 9 years. Most guys I know check out the Captain's payscale when looking at a prospective new employer - (nearly) everyone wants to get in to the LHS eventually right?
