I'd say give Airservices a ring (good luck with that!) and tell them your situation, it shouldn't be too hard for them to figure it out, you may just have to pay the 12 months and only get 4 more months from now on that subscription.
Be prepared to get emptied out though, I need ALL the regs for ATPL exams this year and JUST the 12 month subscription is $470.
