Ryanair watchers and apologists should look closely at the instructive development and conclusion of this thread. It might help others understand the current "hot" thread on the incident in Rome. On that thread the only information available comes from Ryanair, and a number of posters sympathetic to Ryanair have commented in a supporting role about the new "caring Ryanair".

Is the "news management" side of these matters not becoming rather obvious? I think it is easier to comment on such matters here because we have two colleages about whom no reasonable person would wish to comment or speculate without knowing all the facts (which we simply don't have). But the story on Rome is clearly being "spun". What we don't know is what it is Ryanair may be avoiding or possibly even hiding by omission.

So, again, back to the mundane issue of leave availability ... blatent denials in the face of obvious facts. And not by any means the first time. Instructive ... or not?
