Originally, this post wasn't going to be very pleasant. Your constant digs made me want to bite back..... I know exactly who you are and it was about to get a whole lot of nasty. But, I'm over it. Give MFB a call. Now that you no longer work for us, he won't be able to "threaten" or "gag" you.
Whatever it is that you feel about me, the company, all of the 'crap' pilots at Jet2, MFB, RL, RB, how you feel you were treated - none of that is important. You are obviously in a better place now. I'm happy for you. Look to future. Go in peace and enjoy it.
