DryV1 has summed it up though. Not every young pilot wants to take the place of a 60 year old just because of their age. Life is tough, and you have to work hard and then you will get what you want. And thats the reason why alot of you have enjoyed your careers so much, you have obviously worked at it so hard and now your at the top. Well done to you! Im at the bottom so far, but i hope that one day i will be somewere further up the career ladder than i am now. But i dont want to make you all redundant just bacause of your age, you all have alot of experience behind you which takes time to get. And people can learn from your experience.
