Whaddaya mean old and washed up at only 59?!!! Both Bristow and Aerocontractors have many pilots over 59 in Nigeria. Withy the Bell 212/412 it's OLOG/Bristow who'd more likely be interested in you.
You just need to be able to continue passing your professional checks and medicals and once you hit 60, there's a requirement for an annual stress ECG.
It's also possible to fly to age 65 in Sudan where CHC have an operation, though I think that's mostly Dauphins. I'd get your CV in to OLOG/Bristow and CHC as soon as possible. Good luck
