Fair enough if I want to bid, but I get taken to their https signin site (takes ages to load on dialup) if I want to look at My eBay, watch something in same, send seller a message, save a favourite search, etc.. Why? It can happen two or three times in one session and, even worse, sometimes takes me to 'watched item for guests' where I again have to attempt to sign as a regd. user.
I always tick the 'keep me signed in' box, and all pages show me as logged in, but it doesn't stop this nonsense.
I agree, the service has deteriorated. I use the U.S. service and U.K. service and the U.S. was better I'm sorry to say.
