Myself and others have seen the contract terms, several (I wont say many yet) have turned it down due no housing allowance in the Far East! That will come from your own pocket. Which means once you relocate the family find schooling for the ankle biters there wont be that much left over for play.
There will always be those that will take the job, just to have multi time zone advance aging and say that they fly the whale!
