Ansett International has not flown since 12/09/01 so the value of that business now would be ZILCH.. .As a three plane operation it was pretty small anyway, and in hindsight something else that distracted the former AN managements from managing their core domestic business properly.. .No one in their right mind would launch a new Australian based Overseas airline in the current climate when QF have such a stranglehold on what O/S market there is through their main Qantas brand and from later this year a re-launched. .Australian brand.
