I believe this months stuff up occurred due to the holiday period (base managers and admin staff on leave during this time). I could be wrong, but that's according to others around the network.

Truth is, there aren't any airlines that are perfect. How many pages is the QF thread now??? Same but different, no matter what airline you work for. The long haul folk that work at JQ now say the same thing. It's simply what you make of it.
