NEO. I don't deleieve there is a fix, It;s just very sad like some other parts of the World, and when the oil reserves are gone, it'll only get worse. It's inevitable. Ghana has it's own problems. But it doesn't have the huge population Nigeria has. And it is a problem that keeps increasing in size.
No amount of Helicopters, technology aand ex-pats are going to help solve the crisis looming. Thats all!
