I would recommend "Illawarra Flying School & Chieftain Aviation" as the same owner owns both these companies. This gives you a greater range of aircraft.

I know you have not listed "Clamback and Hennessy Flying training", but check them out as they have had a lot of their students go and work for the airlines, as their training aircraft are well equipment with state of the art equipment.
