What I don't understand is why Ryanair turn away type rated people at the 1 day interviews. From my personal experience, I don't think there short because there isn't enough qualified people out there, it's because they don't want to recruit free thinking pilots, they just want mindless drones and "Yes men", the sort of people who won't fight for better T&C's.
I'm glad they turned me down, with the way things are going it's just going to get a lot worse before it gets any better in there.
