About time too. It's just a shame that those at the sharp end will have to endure a lot of pain before things get better.
Sadly, from a personal point of view, it'll take ages before the knock-on effect reaches BA (if ever), maybe it will need Emirates and Etihad to open a UK base with decent terms and conditions.
This pilot shortage has been a long time coming and the industry's agressive management now has only itself to blame.
Let's hope we can all make hay whilst the sun shines.
