- Go to your User CP.
- Go to List Subscriptions (in the list on the left hand side of the page).
- In the list that appears, check the boxes at the right of the row of each thread whose subscription you want to delete.
- In the drop-down menu immediately after the list of threads, go to Delete Subscription.
- Then click the Go button.
- Do as many times as necessary to unsubscribe from each thread that you don't want e-mails about.
