Canadian regs allow approaches down to rvr 1200 at dh/mda if nothing seen go around. Exceptions to this are easy flit3 "flight3" as I call it. You may only continue the approach if. Fluctuating RVR, Localized Phenomena(sp), Inbound from the FAF,[B] T[B]raining with no intent to land, or Cat 3 approach
