Actually KAOS it is you who is wrong. The phrase to which you refer, pilot's licence, is grammatically correct only when written as above. It is referring to the licence of a pilot, or if using it in the plural many pilots (pilots'). I think you'll find that even the RTA understands the concept if you look at your driver's licence.
