You'll have trouble enough thinking of examples without having the luxury of choice. Make sure you answer the question, only talk about what you did and don't pad it out unnecessarily. Pull examples from any relevant experience; I try to include one from each job to show I've had a varied career, but rescuing a stranded hiker or winning a local football tournament is just as good as scratching around for boring old flying examples. Remember, you may be asked to discuss things further at interview.
And for God's sake, get your spelling right..... And your grammar for that matter.
