I expressed myself badly - I meant...
If you look at the post immediately below Going Boeing's you will see reference to the casa website with details of AD's for 737's.
There is no AD regarding windows - therefore no requirement to purchase (or not purchase) a tool of any kind.
The whole thing is due to the fact that Boeing wrote the maintenance manual badly and left bits out.
With regards the tool not fixing anything you are correct I didn't read the other post correctly, nonetheless the problems predate the supposed purchase of the tool....
