I heard there will be lots of running (morning & evening), rock climbing (*gulp* guys, pls help pull me up if I can't climb to the top
), kayaking, sailing, trekking, camping, confidence-building obstacle course, etc. Have been jogging and conditioning for past 2 weeks, but still a bit concerned about physical challenges in OBS. Nevertheless, I am confident we will do just fine if we can work together and look out for one another.
