Dublin today

I was listening to Dublin ATC on LiveATC.net and caught the back end of something that sounded quite serious. Apparently a landing Ryan Air was told to carry out a standard missed approach by ATC the pilot said he could land and had to be told a second time. Now from what I heard from this conversation it would seem that an aircraft which had been in full contact with the tower had strayed right across the approach track when he had said he was staying to the south west of the Airport. I wonder if any one was there or knows a little more for example aircraft type of the intruder and the types of the two affected aircraft.

I know the ATC said they were going to be slapped with something but I can't remember what

Thanks

Rob
