sprocket makes a good point,
PT. I'm not saying that you should do away with all the ads coz I know we need the bucks to keep this behemoth going and growing. But maybe they don't need to be so flashy huh? If they don't have to jump off the screen at us, they don't take up so much of the server's time.
And, I dunno about anyone else, but I'm just as able to ignore a flashing ad as a non-flashing one.
But how about this for another idea ... now that you've taken out the number of posts, why not also do away with the "Registered :" (date) thing at the bottom of each post?
Is that an air raid siren I hear...
