Training Captains leaving Gulf Air?
With the simulators being re-located to Bahrain from Doha and Training Captains no longer required to spend time away from base nicely collecting the duty pay, we stand to loose around BD300 per month!! GF at the moment have not offered any incentive for Captains to continue in their training role. Consequently many are threatening to quit and even walk away from the job!
As gfboy mentioned earlier, perhaps the exodus from Gulf Air is even worse than was first imagined, F/O's leaving and now Training Captains leaving.
One wonders what the future holds for the golden falcon in the gulf??
