It could get worse still, imagine when (and it will happen) that the board wants to lower the cost base even further in a few years time to maintain their yearly bonus.
Crew will have to pay for their job interview and if successful their training .Then there is the cost of the uniform and crew meals and god forbid having to share rooms or accept one star accommodation.
Of course there will be a commission for selling food ,headsets ,blankets and pillows as well as drinks.I suppose someone in the office is already thinking of selling advertising space on the overhead locker bins and the walls in the toilets not to forget the crews uniforms.
After you buy your meal ,then there will be an extra charge for salt ,pepper and a bread roll
You would think that this relentless drive to make money will stop one day but there will always be someone who will come up with another idea to make or save money to get their bonus.
Your probably right about the toilet paper too,you will be given so many squares when you check in and if you need more then you have to buy it...
