Non published holding instructions.FAA vs JAA
Hi there,
I'd like to solve the mistery regarding this topic.
I have been talking about this issue with different pilots and everyone has its own view.
Ok, I'd like to know what is the proper way an ATC station will issue a non published holding in European Airspace vs American Airspace.
Also, why in europe some pilots do not even know what an EFC(Expected further clearance time) is?
Could you give examples?
