Just translated some of it.
Someone told this manager or owner to look at the thread.
It appears that the managment does not want the employees to write bad things about the company on this web site.
As this is a highly competitive business and will damage the company.
He says if you have problems you should complain to him and if you write it here then it should be in Turkish so foreigners cannot read it to give the company a bad reputation.
Maybe someone else can correct me or add further.
Would have been more believable and sincere if he would have wrote this in English instead of trying to hide something
in Turkish.
Maybe he will make the needed changes, only you guys know this.
