VS groud staff wear skirts. There is a pair of trousers but by no means is it an option. It's not in the uniform book nor is it actively encouraged.
A an example of when ground crew have been allowed to wear trousers have been for medical reasons eg someone has a leg/foot problem and just for comfort and manoueverability trousers are the better option.
Some care agents also wear trousers again for comfort and manoueverability - they have to push wheel chairs and bag trolleys for miles day in day out.
But like i say it's not activily encouraged and most ground staff don't even think about the trousers as an option. Especially as it makes the uniform all a bit red.
