Actually acbus 1 has a point here...

The standard in bmi baby has gone down the toilet. There are so many inconsistancies in this company it's unbelievable and it has been happening since baby's conception. From Direct Entry Captains to command upgrades transfers from within the group and latterly contract pilots. This organisation is barely managing to stay intact and there are more people looking eslewhere than they care to admit because then they would have to admit their own failings.

There are some tremendously hardworking and loyal crew at baby who have put in the time and effort over the last 2 to 3 years but their patience is being tested.

The problem with hiring/upgrades etc is there is no transparency to any of it. It's all personal selection by those who have wrangled the job this time round and has always been the case.

Now contract captains are getting pretty much any thing they want with regard to part time and days off. Something all those who have been there since the start are refused. We now have the situation where contract captains are being let off from mistakes (incidants) and refusal to do certain duties, something that at Midland and now as permenant baby crew we would be fired for.

So if you want a job at baby, as a contractor apply and you can pretty much write your contract..
