"the crew were rude to me" just hits such a nerve. I've lost count of the number of times I hear that from the girls who've just had enough of trying to please such a nature.
The other classic is the one about the carry-on and suddenly they can't lift it to the bin. It's like it's some kind of statement....
"YOU lift it up and then I, the owner of the bag, will feel justified somehow."
