Only an FIC instructor can do this assessment! In most cases a FIC instructor will not wish to take on a student he has not assessed himself!
if you only want to instruct, don't waste your time doing ATPL exams (700 hours) when the CPL exams (200 hours) will do.
Do the exams, do an FI course, then if you feel like adding the CPL you have the option (in the 3 year window). There are quite a few FIs operating on a PPL. 300 hours plus on a PPL is a much better pedigree that an Integrated Couse with 200 hours!
