Basically you spend a load of cash getting down there to complete all of their tasks and then you will be left to wallow in your own hope. This may last up to a few years if you are lucky. Phone calls made regarding your progress will be answered with the same prerecorded message, at least the voice sounds human on the other end, but don't be fooled, its the same message over and over again.
