Barrinator strikes again. Another fine soldier is a victim

Heard that 9G's Parrot's Barrinator has striken again and that another guy did not make his command on the 319... According to the statistics, he has had somewhere around 9 failures now... Overheard that management is seriously considering creating a position called "Failing Captain"! So, what is the 9G Parrot going to do about that?

Meanwhile, I understand that JvJ is VERY MUCH alive and kicking.
