OK thank you for your answer, but there is one question not answered.
How could it be that InterCockpit Pilots can work there, although they haven't a university degree? I have just the ABITUR in Germany and want to work for any airline there. If I haven't any chance without a university degree I want to study Aircraft and Flight Engineering (Bachelor) in Osnabrück, Germany.
But if there is a chance to work there like the InterCockpit Pilots, than there MUST be a way to get there in, without the university degree.

P.S.: A good friend from Ankara, was in Hamburg for the DLR test but wasn't succesfull, so he doesn't work there now. So you must pass the DLR test succesfull.
