Get real. If easy were to base a couple of Jets at LBA and fly the same routes, you would be gone within the year.
If this was so, why bother trying to buy Jet2 out, it must be cheaper to make them go bust if the above quote was true. Jet2 must have someone worried at the orange airline, to put such a romour about.
Personaly I think, now that Jet2 are the biggest low cost opperator in the north of England, Easyjet must now be wondering what they did wrong, and were to go next. ( can't be easy always looking over ones sholder )
