Lightbulb Days Off

About that latest "Days Off" memo. If they include your days off whilst you are overseas, does that mean you dont get days off on the island. I recall the FTL saying something along the line of "If the crew member require or request". So they cant force you to have days off or can they? If so, this would give a new meaning to "living out of a suitcase".

000....You are right management all over the world will try cutting cost and increase profit, some do it effectively and some not so. It appears that MK management have focused their efforts on the pilots salary, which they feel are earning too much. I wonder if they have reviewed their own packages. Perhaps the management team can help this company by reaching into their own pockets. Their could be a whole new thread about the money wasted on management who have come there and walked away with very tidy sums and not fulfilling their roles and doing their full contract, and the cars............
You are also right about pilots need to unite and be one voice. Problem will be, does everyone have the same agenda in mind??????

NV has been handed a sinking ship thanks to his predecessor MP. Unfortunately all companies run on figures and coincidently just around election, MP stands tall(short) and claims they have made the biggest profit ever, whislt during negotiations saying that company is suffering. MP caused a lot of damaged to MK and walked away with a nice little payout.

So now NV and his team will be trying to rebuilt MP's f*** ups. Rumours has it they have good ideas and everyone seems very positive about changes ahead. All that in mind, How does the latest negotiations look?????
