no guts no money

Everyone here puts the blame on MK management team, that's true that they just want to f...k us but are they so different from other companies managements? In my view the main difference lies within us pilots and unions! We are unable to UNITE and ACT, our only power is strike or sick day. As professionals it is our duty now to react strongly to what is going on within MK: we have to stop this mess before it is too late. We should already have reacted against Russ derostering but we did not, shame on us!!! The management has been laughing at us for nearly 2 years now with those fake Mou negotiations and they keep on pushing everyday. WE HAVE A CLEAR RESPONSIBILITY ABOUT ALL THAT AND WE HAVE TO MAKE OURSELVES IF NOT UNDERSTOOD AT LEAST HEARD. Today, this responsability goes further than the mere MK survival or safety level, with the latest notice implementing days off in layover as standard rostering pratice we are setting a new benchmark in african aviation that will soon, no doubt about it, spread to other goodwilling companies!!!
Today it is in everyone's personnal interest to unite and ACT.

NO GUTS, NO GLORY
