The only thing I have heard lately, apart from the deafening silence from management, is the slowly mounting roar of solidarity from ground staff, cabin crew, office staff and even those poor souls holed up in fawlty towers in Port Louis. I wonder if the 'powers that be' have even the remotest idea of how unpopular their position is and how hard they will have to work to recover if they keep this up. There comes a point when there is strength in masses and they would have to be blind to think that they have anything going for them, other than each other.
People are getting angry about this... and who can blame them. Three months de-rostered, still no reason why, the only thing that HASN'T changed is the managements insistence that RR has a psych assessment because he asked IFALPA if the union could have clarification on complaints he had received from his membership!!! Merry Christmas RR, may the New Year be a better one. Courage mon vieux!
