Hi boys and girls, just heard that the AEA (expats) turned down MK latest offer. Another stunning win for management! What is there to say? Midas touch this aint.

Read this thread and read Ryannair. If only both islands could join forces (the bar talk would be awsome) but the combined strength could be pretty spectacular too. The sad fact is, as has been said, that the more operators who get away with stuff, inch by inch, the more plausible it becomes to the big guys. Thre's a pilot shortage. If they can't get operators in the next few years, then how do they fly the ever increasing flights? by fiddling the rosters, elasticing the the FTL's, turrning contactables into duty days, parking you in the hangar on standbys and bonding your kids. Think about it. This is just the beginning, we need to move now and fast.
