Flaps One is right, it is a different ball game now. To summarise our position:
The recruiting market is hot for experienced pilots;
Pilots are leaving easyJet in droves, over 122 this year so far; 280 in three years;
35 new aircraft in 2006;
Our terms and conditions are well behind our competitors;
The price of oil is sliding even despite the winter upon us;
The company made loads of profits;
Productivity is at an all-time high;
We have been massiveley undercrewed all summer;
Management bonuses just announced are obscene;
And finally, we deserve a payrise!! The company says they can't afford it, we know they are lying (again!!)
That is why we have added 100 members recently, another 100 new members and we tell them what WE want!!!
