will ryanair ever pay for cadets on the type rating scheme?
Not in this lifetime. CAE in Amsterdam received 3000 applications in Amsterdam in the last 12 months. 90% of these were from cadets. I am afraid to say.....the day of not paying for your first Type is well and truly over......unless you have JAR 25 exp of course. Shame really.
