Hi Deepsea,

Thank you so much for your advice. There is much truth in what you had said. Initially, when I went for my very first interview, it was like all prepped up and such, yet I didn't make the cut. This time round I made the ultimate decision to be just myself and carried with me the prepared knowledge of the fundamental technicalilties and the truth about me. At the end of the day, if it is meant to be, it is meant to be and if it's not, life must go on. After reading much into this forum, my own summation would be "To each his own", there is no define standard citeria that they are looking for....preparing helps but doesn't confirm.... Like they said "No two take offs and landings are the same"......so some had it easy, others had it the hard way. But don't give up trying or be complacent, as you'll never know when it'll come and how it does. And if it does, you might as well be prepared for it....

I wish all the best to the rest of us........
