Whilst it is not nice for those awating commands, you can see why theyhave to recruit DEC. The company could not function with its current rate of attrition/recruitment.
But you have to ask why is there this level of attrition? If the t&c were good enough this would not be required.
Result FO/SFO's are being shafted, the company wins and there is no penalty to them. Existing copilots are losing £££.
This needs to be stopped asap.
