No, I'm sorry, I do not see why they have to recruit DECs.
Why not hire FOs? If they are so short of captains, why are captains flying together?
If it is because they want to hire FOs through TRSS to save money, well it doesn't save money to have a captain earning at least £26,000 more basic, working the radio in the RHS.
Why is my "reserve" (standby) month rostered to maximum legal and captains on reserve are on standby as intended.
EasyJet, stop talking orange boloney and honour your commitment to your staff.
