We interview 12 pilots at a time about 9 show from that we get about 2 pilots or 1 in 5 so to get 296 pilots we will have to interview 1480 pilots.
eJ dropped the 1500 hr down to 500 but I don’t think that there are 1500 pilots with 500+ hrs looking for jobs and want to this type of work.
